POLICE took four youths home after they found them smoking cannabis in Dorchester.
A spokesman for the force said they were given a 'massive reality check' and brought home to confront their parents.
A spokesman for Dorchester Police said: "Officers from the neighbourhood team continue to patrol on foot, bike and car, challenging people who we think may be breaching COVID 19 regulations.
"We dealt with four young people who thought their needs to smoke cannabis, was more important then the governments instructions.
"Believe me, they were given a massive reality check, taken home to parents and some have been dealt with for offences.
"We will not tolerate this behaviour in Dorchester. We want to keep our community safe and we will continue to deal with people robustly.
"Please stay home and save lives."
