THE children at Wyke Regis Primary Federation have been cheering up the neighbourhood with their drawings.

Those children of frontline workers that still need to attend school have been having a lot of fun drawing pictures and playing outside whilst their parents continue to do key work to help keep the country ticking.

Mrs Hyde, a nursery school teacher, said: "The children are really happy and there are lots of fun things for them to do.

"Coming into school is keeping some normality in their lives.

"For the other children that are not coming in, it must be so odd that they can't go to the park or play outside but for the children that are coming in, they get to play in our big playground and spend time with their friends."

People in the community have been walking by the school fence which has been covered in artwork by the children.

Mrs Hyde said: "It's been lovely for the community because they love to see the drawings when they are out on their daily walk."
