A total of 60 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in Dorset.
It comes after six further deaths in the county.
Another two deaths have been reported at Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester, bringing the total to 14.
Three more people have died at the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, bringing the total to 23.
One further death has been recorded at Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, which means at total of 19 people have died under the care of the trust.
No further deaths have been reported at Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust, where a total of four people have died between March 25 and April 4.
It comes as a further 866 people who tested positive for Covid-19 have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 8,114.
Patients were aged between 27 and 100 years old, and 56 of the 866 patients - aged between 40 and 93 years old -had no known underlying health condition.
Their families have been informed.
