Police had a busy day yesterday as they stopped drivers, issued fines and seized suspected drugs.
Purbeck Police patrolled Lulworth and Studland with officers stopping a number of drivers trying to enter the beauty spots and issuing fines during the first half of their shift.
A spokesman for Purbeck Police said: "The second half of our shift has been as busy as the first. Purbeck North and Purbeck South NPT worked together to cover as much of Purbeck as possible. More fines have been issued to people not complying with government guidelines.
"Searches have been carried out resulting in officers seizing controlled drugs with two individuals assisting us with our investigation.
"In addition to this we have been to a reported breach of regulations and have dealt with those involved accordingly."
