Our letter writer is urging cyclists to be considerate
MAY I through your letters page ask that cyclists using the Preston sea wall and Esplanade show a little more consideration for those of us less able people who are using this same space to exercise.
Recently, as I was walking a cyclist came from behind me, brushing my coat and breathing heavily as he passed.
Please just let us know you are approaching – ring your bell!! ( a thing of the past?) or a polite “Excuse me” from a few metres back.
