A WOMAN has found a unique way to spread a heartfelt message during the lockdown period.

Mo Coombs, 72, from Poundbury, used a pressure washer to write the words ‘stay safe’ on to her front path for passers-by to read and enjoy. This sentiment echoes the government advice to ‘stay at home and stay safe’.

Mrs Coombs has been sure to find ways to keep herself occupied during the government-ordered lockdown.

In addition to her pressure washed message of support, she has knitted several coronavirus key rings to further remind people to stay safe and made greeting cards for the Dorchester Baptist Church to send well wishes to their devoted members.

She has also crafted a variety of different themed teddies, including a giraffe, a potato and even an avocado.
