We are all enjoying the fresher air, due to the reduction of traffic on the roads of Dorchester.

It is an ideal opportunity for Dorchester Town Council to formulate a policy regarding how to prevent the build up of air pollution when the virus situation improves.

It would be goof for the Council to inform residents what they have learned from readings on air pollution in High West Street and High East Street which have been taken since the traffic reduced, and compare them with what was recorded during “normal" times. It would further be expected that a programme is published in the near future to ensure this improved current level of fresher air is maintained should more vehicles be allowed to return to Dorchester.

When will we hear?
