NHS England has recorded no coronavirus deaths in Dorset hospitals for the fifth day running.
Another 90 people die in hospitals after testing positive for coronavirus.
The county's total stays the same at 142, with the last death occurring on May 10 at the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals.
The total for RBCH still stands at 61, while the figure for Poole Hospital is 45.
23 people have died at the Dorset County Hospital and 13 have died at the Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust.
In hospitals across England, a further 90 people have died, bringing the number of confirmed hospital deaths to 24,617.
