A 24-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from driving for 12 months after admitting drink driving.
Luke Benjamin Joyce, of Orchard Close, Stourpaine, Blandford pleaded guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Poole.
He also admitted driving a Nissan Primastar without insurance and being in possession of cannabis on the same date.
The court heard he had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35.
He was fined £440 and ordered to pay cost of £85 and a £44 victim surcharge.
