PURBECK Police were recently called to an incident involving belongings discarded on a railway track.
The police were able to safely deal with the incident near Swanage Railway with the assistance of the track maintenance team.
The Purbeck police warned on Facebook that trespassing on train tracks is illegal and dangerous, and can lead to a fine of up to £1000.
