Meet the newest additions to Dorset.

Here we celebrate extra special arrivals, most of whom came into the world at Dorset County Hospital (DCH) in Dorchester - and further afield.

This week we feature some little bundles of joy posing with their siblings and a lovely moment captured with Daddy.

Scroll down as we introduce the latest batch of little cuties.

Dorset Echo:

Nathaniel Gary David Elkington, born May 26 at DCH weighing 8lb 15oz to Elizabeth Jelley and Alan Elkington of Weymouth

Elizabeth tells us: "Nathaniel was born at 10.41pm on Tuesday 26th May at dorchester hospital, I couldn't have done it without the help and support of the incredible maternity team at DCH who helped me through the labour whilst on my own, they really did everything they could to help support me as I wasn't allowed my partner there due to Covid until I was almost ready to birth and needed his support, thank fully he made it just in time to see his son be born.
"Being in this pandemic with a newborn having family unable to meet, hold, touch and visit him is horrendous and very sad to know he can't even be held by his grandparents. "Thankfully video calls make it easier, we are looking forward to the day he can be held by his loved one and they can meet him properly."

Dorset Echo:

Bonnie-Mae Stewart, born May 5 at DCH weighing 7lb 13oz to parents Gemma Nairn and Jonny Stewart of Alton Pancras. Baby Bonnie-Mae is pictured here with big brothers Mason and Tyler.

Gemma tells us: "Bonnie-Mae was born 5 days' late at Dorchester hospital. After just a few hours she made a speedy entrance into the world at 3.26am.
"She loves all of the attention she gets from her two big brothers."

Lily Anne Travers, born May 15 at DCH weighing 5lb 14oz to Bethany Crabb and Reece Travers of Sandford.

Bethany tells us: "I was in labour for two days at home without knowing, on 15th May at 6pm I called the hospital to get looked over.
