A new house could be built to the rear of an existing home at Greenhill, Weymouth with the original property extended and converted into two flats.
The application, for No 23, asked Dorset Council to give full planning permission for the changes which include the demolition of a garage.
It says that the three-bedroom detached home planned for the garden to the rear of the property will be “modest, but innovative” with solar panels and an air source heat pump and using ‘green’ construction materials as much as possible.
