A WANTED man described as a 'ghost who would never be found' was arrested by police within two hours.
He had been recalled to prison and officers conducted a search of Gillingham where he was believed to be.
Officers from Dorset Police found the offender during a two-hour search of the town.
When he was found he was in possession of Class A drugs.
A spokesperson from Dorset Police said: “We attended Gillingham with two of the team, re a male wanted on a recall to prison.
“Great local knowledge and determination and despite locals telling us he was a 'ghost' and we would never find him, we arrested within two hours and found in possession of class A drugs.”
