ANOTHER cruise ship - the Marella Discovery - has arrived into Portland Harbour today.
Part of the TUI group of cruise ships, it joins sister ship the Marella Explorer which is already moored at Portland Port - with a third ship, Marella Explorer 2, also on its way.
Visitors to the seaside in recent weeks have been admiring the number of cruise ships coming and going from anchorage points in Weymouth Bay, as cruise companies look for cheap alternatives for docking their empty ships
The Marella Discovery was built in 1996 and features 11 decks, 918 cabins, seven bars and restaurants and two swimming pools.
However passenger trips will not be restarting until January 2021.
