Police arrested a man in Weymouth after he ignored a dispersal notice issued to him the same day.
While most people enjoyed the nice weather yesterday, police said several individuals had misbehaved.
A Weymouth and Portland Police spokesman said: "Two section 35 dispersal notices were issued earlier to individuals who kept coming to our attention. They were directed to leave the town for the rest of the day."
However, yesterday evening police were called to a disturbance on The Esplanade, where they found one of the same men from earlier.
The spokesman added: "One of the males who was issued with a section 35 dispersal order earlier this evening has now been arrested for breaching the direction to leave. This was after officers were called to reports of a disturbance on The Esplanade at approximately 9.15pm tonight. He remains in police custody."
