Dorset Police are asking people to only dial 999 in an emergency this weekend, as they expect a busy weekend.
A spokesman said: "With a good forecast this weekend, we are expecting many people to visit the area and this may increase demand on our contact centre. So if you have to contact us and it’s not an emergency, why not do it online?
"You can use our online crime reporting form, message an officer or request a call back."

To further help emergency services, the fire service is urging everyone to download the free what3words app to help report their exact location if they need to dial 999 in an emergency.
A spokesperson said: "Being able to give your precise location in an emergency can save vital time and lives."
