Patients are reminded that due to the pandemic, they can no longer walk into the Audiology Department at Dorset County Hospital.
They must ring 01305 255563 or email audiology@dchft.nhs.uk for any queries or problems with your hearing aids.
The department phone line is very busy so if you can’t get through the first time, you are advised to keep trying.
If you require new tubing or batteries for your hearing aids you need to ring or email the department and what you require will be posted to you free of charge.
If you have urgent problems with your hearing aids post it to: Audiology Department, Dorset County Hospital, Williams Ave, Dorchester DT1 2JY. Include your full name, hospital number and the problem. The aid will be looked at and hopefully fixed and posted back to you free of charge.
