Police and coastguard search for 'high risk' missing person on Portland
Police and the coastguard were both called in to find a 'high risk' missing person this morning (Saturday).
Wyke Regis Coastguard CRT was tasked at 7.45am by the National Maritime Operations Centre to help Weymouth and Portland Police with the search for the missing person on Portland.
A spokesman for Wyke Regis Coastguard CRT said: "Casualty quickly located and taken into the care of police.
"The team stood down and returned to station."
