FOURTEEN positive coronavirus cases have been reported in Dorset over the latest 24-hour period.
Data released by government shows that between 4pm on Saturday, September 19, to 4pm on Sunday, September 20, only seven people tested positive in the BCP Council area.
Across the period of the pandemic, 1,082 people have tested positive in the conurbation - an infection rate of 273.7 per 100,000 people.
In the past week, there have been 55 cases in the BCP area.
However, in the Dorset Council area, seven people also returned positive test results. This means 740 people have now tested positive since the start of the pandemic, giving a rate of 195.5.
This comes as health secretary Matt Hancock has warned of a "tipping point" as he fails to rule out a second national lockdown in the UK if people don't follows the rules.
