Well, whoever they are they seem to have got their way.
The old train track is being taken up, but why?
Please don’t tell me it has anything to with cyclists or electric scooters.
Weymouth, you are losing a piece of your history.
All you will have left are some photos in archives somewhere.
Why could the lines not have been filled in?
Bristol harbourside has got a lot more lines than Weymouth and a lot more cyclists.
Swanage pier approach has old lines where they used to haul the stone. All part of both their histories.
I would love to hear why it has been done.
