ASHLEY WELLMAN, also known as ASHLEE CONOR WELLMAN, aged 28, of Castlemaine Road, Weymouth. Admitted being in charge of a vehicle on a road, namely Radipole Park Drive, Weymouth after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £200 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 3 months.

PERRY JAMES DOWDEN, aged 50, of Bohays Drive, Wyke Regis, Weymouth. Admitted using a vehicle on Granby Way, Weymouth without third party insurance. Fined £120 and to pay costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with 8 penalty points.

CANDICE ROSE KING, aged 23, of Lennox Street, Weymouth. Admitted at Lulworth assault by beating. To pay compensation of £100. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Weymouth Magistrates' Court. Also admitted at The Esplanade, Weymouth used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Conviction of an offence while a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates' Court is in force. Order revoked.
