A VANDAL was caught red-handed after community safety officers spotted him spraying walls in Bournemouth with graffiti.
The BCP officers alerted police and the man was arrested at the scene.
A spokesman for Bournemouth police said a male was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.
The graffiti has now been removed.
