VOLUNTEERS have been tackling the problem of cars speeding through their village.
Speed Watch is supported by Dorset Police and people caught speeding get formal warning letters.
The groups was monitoring trafffic in Nottington yesterday.
A spokesman for Weymouth and Portland Police said: "PCSO Kirsty has been out with one of our Community Speed Watch (CSW) teams.
"This is a group of volunteers who have been trained to monitor the speed of traffic in their area.
"Today they’ve managed to spot several vehicles going well over the speed limit and these drivers will be receiving warning letters about this."
