Members of the Bridport Embroiderers spent their lockdown time crafting 16 embroidered panels depicting a river travelling through familiar landscapes.
Now completed the panels, each stitched by group members, have come together to make a vivid banner-like picture.
The embroidery coordinators on the project, Cherry Bonham-Lovett and Lesley Rundle said that they all worked at home as individuals and it has been amazing how now they are seen together, it will be a vivid and lasting record of their pandemic endeavours.
It is planned to display the finished work at the Bridport Tourist Information Centre in the New Year.
