THE son of a celebrity chef has revealed the menu for his new restaurant which will open in Dorchester at the weekend.
Marco Pierre White's son, Luciano, is opening his first restaurant, Luccio's, in Brewery Square on Saturday, October 10.
The menu features classic Italian dishes including homemade gnocchi, ragu bolognese and Maria Rosa's meatballs - named after Luciano's grandmother.
Luciano said: "I'm so excited to be launching my first restaurant in the heart of Dorchester's thriving shopping and eating hub."
Charlotte Spracklen, centre manager at Brewery Square, said: "We've been overwhelmed by the success of our eateries re-opening and we're delighted that Luciano has chosen Brewery Square to begin his exciting new restaurant business.
"We can't wait to welcome more hungry diners to Brewery Square to experience it for themselves."
Luccio's replaces Carluccio's which went into administration earlier this year, closing 40 of its restaurants and letting more than 1,000 staff go.
