Dorset Council’s planning team has approved the following applications - Down Farm, Warmwell, change of use of agricultural building to 2 houses and associated operational development, prior approval not required; Pentland, Chilbury Gardens, Owermoigne, build conservatory to southern elevation; 14B Cattistock Road, Maiden Newton, change of use, garage to dwelling; 4 Wills Lane, Cerne Abbas, construction of a detached garage on land to the east and south east of the bungalow; North Mead Farm, Front Street, Portesham, outline application to develop land with five homes and garages; 22 High Street, Puddletown, demolish & replace existing lean to at rear of property (retrospective);
