Dorchester rural - Lower Bockhampton Farm, Bockhampton Lane, demolish existing old dairy parlour and build new home; 15 Redbridge Road, Crossways, remove existing lean-to at front of property, erection of a single storey extension, erection of rear balcony, replace existing septic tank and move solar panels.
