A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving - after allegedly being stopped from travelling any further by a Tesco delivery driver.
Dorset Police received a report at around 8.45pm on Thursday, October 29 of a car parked dangerously on the A354 between Winterborne Whitechurch and Blandford.
It was reported that the driver was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol.
Officers attended and a 43-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of a driving offence. She has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "Officers from patrol assisted colleagues from roads policing last night near Blandford with a drink driver.
"A Tesco food delivery driver found them and stopped them driving any further until police arrived."
