A CHAIN of Dorset care homes have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from its residents and their families about how they have responded to the pandemic.
Agincare, a national community care provider with three homes in Weymouth, one in Dorchester and four more across the county, sent out a questionnaire to residents and their families earlier this year and received 222 responses.
Roughly 97 per cent of respondents agreed that they felt comfortable and safe with staff in their care home and 97 per cent reported that their care or nursing home was comfortable and clean.
Tim Buckley, chief operating officer for Agincare care homes, said: "W are never complacent about the quality of our care and strive to keep improving.
"Our aim is for our care homes to be the number one choice locally."
