A WORKSHOP about the impact of climate change will take place next week.
Dorset Library Service is running the free, virtual workshop to give participants the opportunity to express their thoughts about climate change and its impact on them and the wider community through single words, sentences or a short poem.
Poet Venessa Kisuule will be in attendance and the contributions from participants will inspire a group piece which Vanessa will perform and share online at a later time.
Councillor Jill Haynes, portfolio golder for customer and community services, said: "Climate change is important to all of us and this workshop gives an opportunity to express how we feel about its impact, both on ourselves and our local communities.
"Vanessa will being the words to life through her performance so it is promising to be a powerful workshop."
