AN industrial unit for the Piddle Valley and a shepherd’s hut to be used for tourist accommodation are among the Dorchester area planning applications approved by Dorset Council.
Approvals include:1 Egdon Road, Dorchester, single storey extension to provide annexe accommodation, modify existing vehicular access and create additional parking (demolish existing garage); 32 Olga Road, Dorchester, single storey rear extension; 4 Fordington Green, Dorchester, replace existing timber garden room with new timber garden room; Land west of the Bowls Club, Enterprise Park, Piddlehinton, new industrial building and car parking; Land adjacent to 2 Alington Place, Martinstown, new detached home and a garage with car and pedestrian access; Tasting Room, Crawthorne Farm, Jock’s Hill, Crawthorne, temporary siting of a shepherd’s hut for tourist accommodation.
