A MAN has come forward in relation to a bus pass which belonged to a man who died more than 10 years ago being used more than 70 times in Dorset last winter.
Dorset Police is investigating reports that a man was using a bus pass over a number of years from 2017 that was in the name of a man who died in 2008.
The bus pass was allegedly used on at least 70 journeys in the Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole areas from November 2019 to February 2020.
Following a CCTV appeal issued by Dorset Police yesterday in relation to these reports, a man has come forward and is helping officers with their investigation. No arrests have been made.
