A LAMBORGHINI driver has been stopped for failing to display a front number plate.

Yesterday, Dorset Police No Excuse team stopped the sports car driver who said he had already been stopped by police earlier in the year and received a Vehicle Defect Rectification Scheme (VDRS) for failing to display a front plate.

A spokesman for Dorset Police No Excuse team said: "That clearly failed to deter him so he was issued with a fixed penalty today."
