ONE coronavirus related death has been recorded at University Hospitals Dorset, latest figures show.

Date released by NHS England shows the University Hospitals Dorset Trust is the only hospital in Dorset to report a Covid-19 related death on Saturday November 28.

Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital, Poole Hospital, Dorset County Hospital or Dorset Healthcare University Trust all recorded no Covid-19 deaths for the second day in a row.

However, these figures are subject to change.

This means that the total number of people have died with Covid-19 at RBCH remains at 96.

At Poole Hospital, 98 people have died, 25 have at the Dorset County Hospital and 25 have at the Dorset Healthcare University Trust.

In hospitals across the country, 40 patients died with coronavirus on Saturday Friday November 28, as updated figures from Friday November 28 increased from 58 to 163 overnight

All patients that passed away were aged 60 and over, with four of these deaths occurring in the south west region.
