A POP-UP kitchen serving local produce is set to come to Bridport from today.
The Goose and Badger, a collaboration between Andy Tyrell and Joel Gostling, will be making its first appearance at Bridport Soulshine Cafe.
Each evening offers a generous six-course meal inspired by their past experiences at River Cottage Kitchen in Axminster, where both chefs worked together, as well as their love of working with local artisan producers. The menu is full of locally sourced seasonal produce.
The pair decided to start the pop-up in July when both found themselves out of a job due to the first lockdown. They have been running the kitchen out of the pop-up kitchen in Lyme Regis.
The kitchen will be open on December 5, December 12 and December 19. The six courses will cost £45 per person and will include a glass of sparkling wine.
