We read your paper daily and are grateful for it in these difficult times.
After this difficult year we have decided to hold our AGM by email and letter to accommodate all our members as we still cannot meet together.
We will complete this by the end of January 2021.
Our proposed agenda and copies of our committee’s reports will be circulated to our members at the beginning of January for their approval or comment. This will be completed by the end of January.
