Admitted dishonestly failing to promptly notify a local authority, namely Dorset Council, in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect entitlement to Housing Benefit. Also admitted dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect entitlement to Income Support. Community order with curfew requirement.

LIAM JAMES REID, aged 22, of Portland Road, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle on Camp Road, Weymouth after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £80 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

DAMIEN MACIEJ PAWLAK, aged 36, of Aynsley Court, Weymouth. Found guilty at Westham Road, Weymouth of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Fined £650, to pay compensation of £100 and to pay costs of £440. Also admitted at Western Division Police Headquarters, Weymouth, damaged a cell belonging to Dorset Police causing it to require specialist cleaning to a value under £500. No separate penalty. To pay compensation of £80.

DEAN NIGEL CLINT JEFFREY, aged 39, of Holland Road, Weymouth. Admitted 2 x charges at Weymouth without reasonable excuse, spoke directly to someone which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Also admitted assault by beating. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made. Fined £25 and to pay costs of £60. To pay compensation of £80.

PORTLAND

DANNY PATRICK MCAULIFFE, also known as DANNY PATRICK MCAULLIFFE, aged 40, of Weston Street, Portland. Admitted driving a vehicle on Portland Beach Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. No action taken on breach, order to continue.

PURBECK

ALLAN THOMAS JAMES KING, aged 48, of Morris Road, Bovington. Admitted pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to stalking and which he knew, or ought to have known, amounted to harassment. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and requirement to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. To pay costs of £85.

HARRY BOCIO, aged 27, of Chalk Pit Lane, Wool. Admitted driving a vehicle on the A35 at Dorchester when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in blood, namely 7.0 micrograms of that drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit. Fined £100 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
