With an indifferent year and a difficult Christmas to contend with, the New Year, with the coming of another vaccine, bodes one hope: and how nice to herald in the news but than with a carol service!
I found that held in the Woodmead Hall Car Park to be most enjoyable and uplifting.
Led by The Church of England and Baptist Ministers and signing along from our cars accompanied by the music of The Lyme Regis Town Band, it was enlightening and inspiring to hear some traditional Christmas music to lift the hearts in such worrying times.
To all those concerned in arranging the service, a very big thank you.
