A MAN who was previously banned from areas of Weymouth town centre has been arrested and will face court.
Officers from Weymouth & Portland Police were out on foot patrol today when they discovered a man who had previously been arrested for anti-social behaviour.
A police spokesman said: "Whilst conducting ASB foot patrols along the Esplanade and town centre a male was located in Lower Bond Street, Weymouth.
"He has previously been arrested for ASB and has bail conditions such as an exclusion zones in the town to try and curb this behaviour.
"This male is now assisting us with our enquires in custody and will appear before the court tomorrow."
