COASTGUARD were alerted to a landslide in Purbeck involving a section of a garden.
The latest incident on the coastline occurred in the Highcliffe Road area of Swanage on Thursday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for HM Coastguard said: "At 12.26pm Thursday, February 11, HM Coastguard had a report of a landslide on Swanage Beach in the Highcliffe Road area.
"Dorset County Council and Swanage NCI were informed."
A Swanage Coastguard spokesperson said a section of a garden had given away and fallen mostly behind the beach huts although some debris had landed on the roofs of the huts.
The coastguard team was not deployed, but the organisation has warned people to be cautious as there is potential for more landslides in the days ahead.
The spokesperson said: "We ask people to stay safe in the coming days as further falls are expected as temperatures rise."
Earlier this month, Swanage Coastguard were deployed to deployed to the beach near to Sheps Hollow due to an active landslide.
At the time, members of the public were asked not to go past the end of the promenade underneath the Pines Hotel.
