A PORTLAND man charged with being abusive towards his neighbours is set to appear in court for trial.
Ian Peter Koenig, aged 52, of Montrose Close allegedly used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to three people on November 20, Weymouth Magistrates Court heard.
The court heard how the defendant was allegedly abusive towards his neighbours.
Koenig was heard by the court via video link and pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Koenig will now appear at Weymouth Magistrates Court on May 10.
The court told him he is on conditional bail until his next court appearance.
