UPLODERS Road will close next week as works are carried out.
The closure will be in place from Monday, February 22 to enable BT workers safe access to boxes for cabling works.
The road will be closed from its junction with Upton Manor Farm Lane to house number 51, a distance of around 590 metres.
The closure will come into operation between 9.30am and 3.30pm and will could remain in force for five days, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed on the same day.
A diversion route will be in place on Monday, taking approximately 6 mins and leading drivers onto the C68, the A35, Loders Lane and New Road before returning to the C68.
