POLICE officers were on call to help a woman in a 'medical incident' on Weymouth Esplanade.
Officers were on hand to help the woman at around 2pm on Thursday. She was passed into the care of paramedics.
A police spokeswoman said: "At around 2pm on Thursday officers attended a medical incident involving a woman on The Esplanade in Weymouth.
"The woman was left in the care of the ambulance service."
South West Ambulance Service was unable to comment.
