Having only just been aware of year-round dog restrictions on the Nothe I wondered if the the same could be applied to the humans who seem unable to clear up and bin their rubbish (locals and visitors alike).
It would be great to see them tied up/put on leashes and fined.
Perhaps our Covid marshals could incorporate this into their role?
