It’s Emily and William here this week writing about where we’d like to go when it’s safe to travel again.

I, Emily would love to go somewhere warm and sunny, away from all the rain and dark days.

Somewhere with lots of history and a beach to relax on with my lovely Mum.

I would like to swim in the warm sea, feel the soothing water and waves on my body. I would wear beach shoes as the sand would be too hot and I couldn’t run that fast.

In the evenings we would enjoy amazing food, savouring the smells and taste. We’d enjoy some fruity, cold refreshing long drinks too. I would spend the days on the beach or on a guided tour to see some culture and history.

For me William, I’ve chosen a quite different place to Emily.

I want to go back to the Lake District, where I went two years ago with Jolly Day Holidays.

I went alone, but met some lovely new friends and had lots of fun. I would like to do activities that I previously enjoyed, like wall climbing, abseiling down a cliff, pottery, archery, swimming, zipwire, caving and canoeing on Lake Windermere. My favourite was bush craft and learning how to make fire with sticks. I went to the disco and we had a singer every night. I even got a certificate at the end of the week because I did all the activities.

As you can see our holidays are very different! William likes lots of activity and things to do while Emily likes to relax with some activities to enjoy too. We wonder what you hope for?
