THREE people suspected to be on their way to an 'illegal rave' in breach of covid rules have been stopped by police.
The trio who "could barely stand up" were stopped in Southampton on Sunday night.
According to police, they struggled to understand that travelling from Dorset to meet up with friends for a party was a blatant breach of covid regulations.
