POLICE took action to separate a large group of youths gathered in a park at Portland Road, Weymouth.
Neighbourhood Officers attended Wyke Gardens yesterday evening and have issued a warning for parents to ensure their children stick to lockdown rules.
A spokesman for Weymouth & Portland Police said: "(We) have just moved on a large group of youths from Wyke Gardens.
"Please can we remind parents to advise their children that meeting in large groups is against the current government guidelines.
"Officers will continue to monitor the area."
