A NUMBER of planning applications have been submitted to Dorset Council for the Weymouth and Portland area.
This includes applications to build new properties, amend approved developments or change delivery times at a petrol garage.
Here are planning notices for the area for the week starting the week of Monday, February 22:
- Erect agricultural storage building at Land To North Of, Elwell Street, Weymouth
- Erect single storey rear extension: depth from wall 5m; max height 3.75m; height to eaves 2.4m at 473 Littlemoor Road, Weymouth
- Erect single storey extension: depth from wall 4m; max height 3.75m; height to eaves 2.40m at 35 Dennis Road, Weymouth
- Changes to fuel delivery time at Esso garage at Retail Unit, 110-112 Lanehouse Rocks Road, Weymouth
- Amend plans to erect single storey extension and detached garage at12 Netherton Road, Weymouth
- Request for confirmation of compliance with conditions 3, 4,5, 6 and 7 of planning permission reference WP/19/00763/FUL at Branksea Villa, Look Out, Weymouth
- Changes to flats plan at former pub at Ferrybridge Inn, Portland Road, Weymouth
- Erection of four dwellings at Land West Of, Branscombe Close, Portland
