Bus services replace trains on lines in Weymouth and Dorchester
BUS replacement services are currently running instead of trains between Weymouth and Dorchester.
Engineering work is taking place between Dorchester South and West and Weymouth, closing the line. This means trains will not be running on some routes operated by South Western Railway and Great Western Railway today.
A bus replacement service is currently operating, replacing both the Great Western Railway route between Great Malvern and Weymouth, from Dorchester West to Weymouth and the South Western Railway route between London Waterloo and Weymouth, from Dorchester South to Weymouth.
Passengers are advised to check with the relevant operators before travelling for departure times.
