A WARRANT has been issued for a Weymouth man who failed to attend court for charges of unpaid child support.
Adam Flippence, of Church Street, failed to appear at Weymouth Magistrates Court charged with 'complaint for committal to prison or for an order for driving disqualification for unpaid child support'.
If the magistrates find a defendant guilty of wilful refusal to pay or culpable neglect to pay child support, that person could be committed to prison for up to 90 days for each order owed.
Flippence is alleged to owe £1,351.64 in unpaid child support.
A warrant without bail was made by the court after Flippence failed to attend his hearing.
